- Libertad Chávez Rodríguez is a social scientist and associate professor at the CIESAS Research Centre for Social Anthropology in Monterrey, Mexico. Her research interests include socio-spatial inequalities and social vulnerability to flooding in the context of climate change. She is currently fellow at CAS.
- Silja Klepp is Professor of Human Geography at Kiel University. Her research focuses on human-environment relations in the Anthropocene, in particular the social consequences of climate change, environmental justice and socio-ecological transformation.
